Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This explains what we collect when you look at this page or join the program, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
1. The short version
- We collect the basics needed to teach you and pay you back access: your name, email, and what you tell us about your business.
- Card details are handled by Stan Store at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever. If we ever did, this page would say so before it happened.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time and you can unsubscribe from our emails in one click.
2. What we collect
You give us this
- Your name and email address when you buy the program or join a waitlist.
- Anything you choose to share: your business idea, your goals, your questions, your app progress, and the posts and comments you write in the member community.
- Messages you send us by email or through our Stan Store page.
Created when you buy
- Your order and payment status, access dates and which sessions or replays you watched. Stan Store handles the payment itself and tells us only that your order went through.
Collected automatically
- Standard technical information: browser type, device type, approximate location, pages and links you opened on our site and in our emails, and cookies or similar tools used for analytics.
3. How we use it
- To run the program: give you access, send session links, send the replays, and answer your questions.
- To send you program emails: reminders, materials, and occasional notes about new cohorts or offers.
- To see what is and isn't working, so we can improve the lessons.
- To keep the community safe and deal with abuse or spam.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job, and only with companies we trust to protect it:
- Stan Store — checkout and receipts.
- Our community and course platform — where the lessons live.
- Our email service — so our messages reach you.
- Our website hosting and analytics providers.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect someone's rights, safety or property.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar tools to remember your preferences and understand which pages and emails are useful. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you turn them off.
6. Marketing emails
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will come off that list. We will always keep sending you the emails you actually need for a program you've paid for, such as session links and receipts.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you remain a member and for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection rules require. Community posts stay in the community unless you or we remove them.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your account and personal information, give you a copy of your data, or stop processing it for marketing. Email us at info@coachveekee.com, message us through stan.store/viclizdigitalcreations or reply to your receipt email and we will handle it. We don't charge for this, and we won't sell your information to anyone.
9. Where your data lives
We work from different countries, and the services we use are mostly hosted in the United States, so your information may be processed there. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards and we send only what they need.
10. Security
We use access controls, secure connections and trusted providers, and we limit who inside the business can see your information. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't promise perfection — but we take it seriously and we tell you if something goes wrong.
11. Children
This program is for adults. Our site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell members directly rather than leaving you to find it here.
