Everything in the Build AI Apps program is education. Nothing we teach, post, share or send you is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical or psychological advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will earn money, launch an app, gain customers or reach any specific result.
1. This is teaching, not advice
We teach a method: how to plan an app, build it with AI, launch it and sell it. That is education and coaching. It is not personalised advice about your own money, your own taxes, your own contracts or your own business situation. For decisions like those, hire a qualified professional in your country who can look at your actual facts — an accountant, a lawyer, an authorised financial adviser.
2. We are not your adviser, bank or broker
Vicliz AI Studio and Coach Veekee are not a bank, lender, broker, registered investment adviser, tax professional or law firm, and we do not hold themselves out as one. Joining the program does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency or partnership relationship. Nothing here should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow from or invest in anything.
3. No income or results are promised
Business income is not typical and not guaranteed. Any example, screenshot, story, number or success we share is illustrative and shows what one person did in their own circumstances — it is not a forecast of what you will do. Most people who buy any course never finish it and never launch anything. The people who get results tend to show up every week, build the thing, and keep going after the first version doesn't work.
Your outcome depends on things we cannot control: your effort, your consistency, your existing audience and network, your market, your pricing, your niche, the economy, and plain luck. You are fully responsible for the decisions you make and the results you get.
4. AI tools make mistakes
AI can write code, copy and images quickly, and it can also be wrong, biased, outdated or invented. Anything an AI produces for you must be checked by you before you publish it, send it to a customer, or use it to make a claim about a product, a price, a health topic, a money topic or a legal one. You own what you publish and you are liable for it. We encourage you to review everything, keep records, and be honest with your customers.
5. Third-party platforms can change
The program uses third-party tools and platforms we do not own. Their prices, features, rules, limits and availability change without notice, and an account can be restricted or closed by them at their discretion. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we cannot guarantee that any tool will keep working the way it did the week we taught it.
6. Money and investing
Some of what we discuss touches money — pricing, saving, reinvesting, building income. Any mention of investing, markets or wealth is for education and motivation only. All investing carries risk, including losing the money you put in, and past performance does not predict future results. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat anything said in this program as a buy signal.
7. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials and case studies reflect the real experience of the person who gave them. They are not typical, they are not a guarantee, and they are not a promise that you will have the same experience. Where we show someone's result, we try to say what made it possible for them.
8. Health, wellbeing and personal circumstances
Building a business while travelling, parenting or working another job affects real people in real ways. Nothing in this program is medical, mental-health or psychological advice. If you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional where you live.
9. Your own compliance
You are responsible for registering your business if you need to, collecting and paying the right taxes, meeting consumer and advertising rules, respecting privacy laws, and disclosing sponsorships or affiliate links where required. What is legal and correct differs by country and state — check yours, or ask someone who knows.
